Description
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role responsible for leading backend and infrastructure engineers while owning the architecture, deployment, scaling, reliability, and production operations of an AWS microservices platform. The role includes people management, agile delivery, engineering standards, hiring, and continuous improvement of cost, performance, and reliability, with requirements for extensive industry experience, production backend development in TypeScript or Node.js, AWS architecture, containerization, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD ownership.
