AWS is hiring an Infrastructure Technical Program Manager in Herndon, Virginia to oversee data center build projects across the Northern Virginia region. The role leads cross-functional and technical teams through design feasibility, requirements, budgeting, design, implementation, testing, and deployment; manages capital budgets, stakeholders, risks, blockers, and project delivery; and facilitates technical whiteboard sessions. Candidates need at least five years of technical product or program management experience, seven years working directly with engineering teams, three years of software development experience, and experience managing cross-functional programs. Preferred qualifications include experience with construction or infrastructure programs, KPI/SLA reporting, and familiarity with MS Project, Asana, Tableau, and systems integration. The position offers a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
