Description
Klaviyo is hiring an Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional infrastructure initiatives across engineering, including cloud infrastructure, FinOps, build systems, software migrations, and security operations. The role manages many parallel programs, coordinates teams without direct authority, establishes reporting and coordination frameworks, partners with Infrastructure, SRE, and engineering leadership on roadmaps, and promotes automation and operational excellence. The position requires strong technical fluency, relationship-building, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity; preferred experience includes 8+ years in technical program management, large-scale infrastructure rollouts, and familiarity with cloud, FinOps, CI/CD, and security compliance. The base salary range for US locations is $192,000–$288,000 USD, with possible bonus, equity, sign-on payments, and benefits.
