Description
The Nursing Clinic Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership for a nursing clinic, supervising nursing and support staff, managing staffing and budgets, overseeing documentation and quality assurance, and coordinating patient care. The role also provides direct patient care within the nurse’s license and scope of practice, with less than 50% of time spent supervising others. It requires a California RN license, BLS certification, a nursing degree, five years of recent relevant experience, and Epic competency.
