Description
Arconic is hiring an Ingot Area Coordinator for its Rolled Products division in Alcoa, Tennessee. The role leads safe work practices, EHS compliance, production planning, casting recovery, scrap utilization, operational procedures, cost-reduction improvements, and employee training and development. It reports to the Ingot Area Manager, requires a high school diploma or equivalent manufacturing experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree, and requires at least five years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing. The position works primarily Monday through Friday during daytime shifts, with some weekend and off-shift responsibilities, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
