Description
Necco is hiring an Initial Licensing Specialist to lead recruitment and retention policies across United States locations, develop recruitment strategies, manage foster-parent referrals and CRM follow-up, oversee foster-home certification and initial training, and support foster-family advisory activities. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a human-services or social-work field, at least two years of human-services experience, training experience, strong communication and computer skills, valid auto insurance and a driver's license, and willingness to travel or attend training.
