Description
The role operates and monitors injection-molding and robotic manufacturing equipment, reads work orders, controls machine and robot functions, performs quality inspections, troubleshoots minor operational problems, responds to alarms, stacks and labels finished goods, and maintains a clean and organized work area. The position requires 1–3 years of experience, preferably with injection molding, a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical and technical aptitude, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour day or night shifts in a non-climate-controlled plant environment.
