Description
Tempton is hiring an Injection Molding Machine Operator to support the operation of injection molding machines and systems, monitor and replenish production parts, deburr components, package and label products, perform visual quality control, and conduct final inspections. The role requires independent work, flexibility, punctuality, reliability, readiness for a two-shift schedule, teamwork, communication skills, and good German; prior injection-molding experience is desirable but not required. The position is based at the Tempton branch in Ludwigsburg and offers a permanent employment contract, collective-bargaining-agreement pay, vacation, social benefits, and other employee benefits.
