Description
The employer is seeking a permanent Injection Molding Manager to lead and develop the plastic injection molding department, manage production and machine capacity, maintain process quality and cost-effectiveness, coordinate maintenance and quality assurance, and train employees and apprentices. The role requires several years of injection-molding experience, master-craftsman or technician training, plastics and rubber technology knowledge, and experience leading employees and organizing production.
