Beacon Engineered Solutions is hiring two full-time Injection Molding Operators in Alexandria, Minnesota. The role involves reading work instructions, operating injection molding presses, producing and inspecting molded parts, trimming and packing parts, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates must be able to lift at least 45 pounds, have mechanical ability and attention to detail, and be able to learn quickly; a high school diploma or GED and general safety training are required, while prior manufacturing experience and machine-operator experience are preferred.
