Description
The family-owned company in Diepenbeek is hiring an Injection Molding Operator to start and adjust injection molding machines, set parameters, operate machines and robots, and maintain a clean and orderly work area. The role is normally scheduled for the day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexibility to assist colleagues and work other hours. Applicants need a diploma in electromechanics or relevant work experience, precision and quality orientation, and spoken and written Dutch for administrative tasks. The position offers experience-based salary, 12 extra paid ADV days, a daily meal voucher, quarterly salary-bonus opportunities, and the possibility of progressing from a temporary to a permanent contract.
