Forvia is hiring an Injection Molding Process Engineer to improve safety, equipment uptime, part quality, and process efficiency in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting injection molding machines and secondary equipment, supporting maintenance, continuous improvement, plant readiness for new programs, and process studies such as capability studies, DOE, and gate seal analysis. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 3 years of relevant process engineering experience, and strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, PFMEA, and root cause analysis.
