The role covers process analysis, improvement projects, material selection and testing, process capability analysis, toolmaking and automation support, first-sample approvals, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with development and international sites. Candidates need a mechanical engineering or plastics-technology qualification, strong injection-molding experience, and experience with first-sample approvals and troubleshooting.
