Description
The Plastic Injection Molding Process Engineer develops, validates, and sustains injection molding processes; leads process development, mold trials, capability and statistical analyses, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions; supports new product launches and production ramp-ups; and drives improvements in productivity, quality, cycle time, scrap, downtime, and manufacturing costs. The role collaborates with Operations, Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, Engineering, and Program Management teams and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field plus 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
