Description
The role is a hands-on process-engineering position focused on injection molding, including process standard development, troubleshooting, equipment buy-off, new-material and process exploration, quality and EHS compliance, documentation, and support for tooling and budgeting. It requires a bachelor's degree in plastics, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related technology field, 2–5 years of injection-molding experience with 85–3200-ton presses, and at least 2 years of automotive-industry experience. The position may require travel to customer sites and work in a noisy, indoor manufacturing environment with personal protective equipment.
