Description
Biomerics is hiring an Injection Molding Process Engineer to support existing manufacturing operations and new product development and introduction projects. The role establishes and maintains injection molding processes, manages tooling and equipment, coordinates design-for-manufacturability activities, leads product and mold validation, reduces scrap and costs, and trains production personnel. The position requires at least five years of related experience, an engineering or related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, injection molding process development expertise, tooling and equipment procurement experience, medical process validation knowledge, statistical analysis skills, and proficiency with project management and Microsoft Office tools.
