ARaymond is hiring an injection molding process technician to set up and optimize injection molding machines in a two-shift manufacturing operation. The role includes configuring and testing process parameters, conducting root-cause analyses, maintaining peripheral equipment, implementing process improvements, ensuring quality compliance, and training machine operators. Applicants need completed training in process technology or plastics and rubber technology, plastics manufacturing experience, a quality- and cost-conscious work style, teamwork and communication skills, and willingness to work shifts.
