Description

The Injection Molding Process Technician supports daily injection molding production by assisting with mold and press setups, automation and robot setup, material handling, process monitoring, quality checks, documentation, and troubleshooting of machinery, molds, robots, and auxiliary equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, injection molding processing experience, mechanical aptitude, safety compliance, shift flexibility during training, and 20/25 or better vision. Initial training is Monday–Friday during the day for approximately three months, followed by a 2/2/3 night-shift schedule.
