Quality Consulting Group, LLC is hiring a Temporary Injection Molding Setup Processor in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. The role installs, removes, and changes molds on plastic injection molding machines; sets and adjusts process parameters; verifies molds, cooling systems, and auxiliary equipment; performs production start-ups; troubleshoots equipment and process deviations; documents production activities; and collaborates with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams. Candidates should have a technical degree in mechanical technology, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field preferred, along with prior mold or machine setup experience, knowledge of plastic resin processing and injection molding, manufacturing equipment troubleshooting ability, and the ability to follow technical documentation.
