Description
Tempton is hiring an Injection Molding Setup Technician to set up, configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot injection molding and silicone molding machines; produce and inspect initial samples; monitor and optimize process parameters; and support manufacturing quality releases and process improvements. The role requires training as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology or several years of relevant experience, shift work, German proficiency, and teamwork; injection-molding experience is desirable but not required.
