Leads and oversees injection-molding production shift operations, ensuring process quality and profitability, coaching and qualifying shift personnel, managing machine utilization and staffing, resolving disruptions through root-cause analysis, setting up and optimizing injection-molding equipment and parameters, and maintaining communication across shift and leadership teams. The role requires process mechanics training with advanced master training, several years of relevant experience, people-management experience, and willingness to work continuous shifts.
