The role leads injection-molding shift operations, ensuring production quality and efficiency while supervising and developing shift staff. Responsibilities include machine setup and operation, peripheral-equipment support, process and part-parameter optimization, machine and workforce utilization, disruption resolution with root-cause analysis, regrind and post-processing oversight, and shift communication. The position requires plastics process technology training plus master-craftsman further training, several years of relevant experience, people leadership, MS Office and SAP knowledge, English proficiency, and willingness to work continuous shifts.
