Description
The Injection Molding Operator operates injection molding machines according to established procedures, prepares machines for production, changes materials and colors, and verifies part quality through visual inspection and basic measurements. The role also involves reporting defects, assisting with mold changes and production start-ups, recording production data, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, extended standing, load handling, and personal protective equipment are required.
