American Packaging Corporation is hiring an Ink Department Supervisor in DeForest, Wisconsin for the 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The role leads the ink department, trains and coaches ink technicians, resolves ink and color-control issues, manages materials and inventory, maintains production records, and supports the shift supervisor. The position requires an associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, along with the ability to read technical procedures, perform basic calculations, and follow safety and physical-work requirements.
