Description

HDR is seeking an experienced Inland Empire (IE) Area Transportation Program Manager (APM) to join their Transportation Business Group. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, pursue new projects, and ensure successful project delivery in the Inland Empire area. They will also oversee the IE Client Development team, implementing marketing, recruiting, and business strategies to drive growth. This role involves leading key pursuits with the internal marketing team, managing political advocacy, and assembling the best HDR team locally and company-wide.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Three (3) years of program management experience in a deputy role to the Program Manager for the delivery of one or more programs, with a cumulative capital value of $200 million or more.
Five (5) years of program management experience as a Project Manager or Project Controls Manager for the delivery of one or more programs, each with a capital value of $200 million or more.
Ten (10) years of project management experience as a Project Manager directing a multi-disciplinary team for the delivery of at least two (2) projects, each with a capital value of $50 million or more.
Preferred Qualifications: Local candidates are preferred.
Involvement in ACEC, APWA, ASCE, WTS or a like organization that includes industry leaders and client interaction.
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
