Description
The Inline Trainer serves as a trainer and mentor to manufacturing associates, consolidates training from the technical training specialist, and maintains training compliance in an assigned manufacturing area. The role enforces quality, operational, technical, environmental, health, and safety standards; supports production during critical times; and drives continuous improvement and zero defects. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and prior peer-training or mentoring experience. The position works the 1st shift Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and offers an annual salary range of $45,300 to $67,900, with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
