Description
The Office of the Sheriff is hiring one Inmate Industries Engraving Program Supervisor at the West County Detention Facility. Reporting to the Sheriff’s Director of Support Services, the supervisor will lead daily vocational training for inmates in digital design, graphic production, sublimation, vinyl application, computer-based plotting, and laser and rotary engraving. The role also manages orders, customer communication, invoices, billing, shop safety, and program development. Candidates must have a valid California motor vehicle operator’s license, 60 semester or 90 quarter units of accredited education, four years of relevant design or engraving experience including one year of supervisory experience, and pass a background investigation.
