Microsoft is hiring an Innovation Hub Solution Engineer focused on Application Innovation and AI transformation. The role delivers technical customer engagements, leads AI transformation strategy, designs scalable and secure solution architectures, integrates cloud and hybrid technologies, and collaborates with sales and technical stakeholders. It requires a relevant degree plus 4–7 years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, 5+ years of Solutions Architect experience, and expertise in AI, Azure, cloud architecture, and related technologies. The position is 100% onsite in Canada and offers a typical base pay range of CAD 128,000–222,400 per year.
