Description
The internship is an end-of-studies research position for a final-year engineering student specializing in artificial intelligence, focused on reinforcement learning for intelligent traffic lights. The intern will study traffic scenarios, design a world model to predict traffic evolution from SUMO observations, and evaluate the impact of learned latent representations on agent cooperation and congestion management. The role is based at the Sophia Lab in Valbonne, lasts six months, and offers €1,300 gross per month plus meal vouchers and a public transport pass.
