Ayming is hiring an Innovation Performance Manager to independently manage a portfolio of clients and lead complex government-incentive projects, including R&D tax credits, Industry 4.0/5.0, hyper-depreciation, and national calls for proposals. The role supervises junior consultants, monitors regulations, supports appeals and technical documentation, collaborates with sales, and contributes to new consulting services. The position requires an engineering degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English. It offers a permanent contract, a hybrid Milan work model, and a gross annual salary of €35,000 to €47,000.
