Description
Roke is hiring an Innovation Portfolio Manager to establish and coordinate its Science & Technology function, which covers applied innovation, road mapping, strategy, knowledge management, governance, reporting, and cross-functional delivery. The role will own selected areas, maintain programme-level visibility, develop dashboards and roadmaps, coordinate stakeholders, and support AI-related and other strategic initiatives. It requires strong programme or senior project management experience in complex, cross-functional science and technology environments, with Power BI and AI-enabled approaches beneficial. The position is based at Roke’s Romsey headquarters or Woking site and requires eligibility to achieve DV clearance.
