AI2IO is hiring a remote Innovation Program Lead to own the health, direction, and outcomes of an innovation portfolio focused on AEC, Revit, MEP workflows, automation, and software solutions. The role evaluates submissions, investigates technical feasibility, coordinates with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders, guides ideas toward scalable enterprise adoption, and improves the program’s processes and visibility. It requires 7+ years of relevant AEC experience, substantial hands-on Revit/AEC design or BIM experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
