Description

Fundación Juana de Vega, through BlueLeaders, is hiring an Innovation Project Manager to coordinate regional, national, and European R&D&I projects in the agri-food, bioeconomy, territory, and environment sectors. The role manages project implementation, technical and financial monitoring, reporting, stakeholder coordination, proposal preparation, and knowledge-transfer activities. It requires a relevant degree, R&D&I project experience, strong writing and Galician-English skills, and availability to travel. The position is permanent, starts immediately, and is based on-site at the Oleiros headquarters in A Coruña, with project-related travel.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Economics/Business Administration, Rural or Territorial Development, Project Management, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: Experience managing, coordinating, or monitoring R&D&I projects or projects funded through public calls for proposals.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and organizations of different types.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Interreg, LIFE, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, POCTEP, or other cooperation and innovation calls for proposals.
Experience preparing proposals and monitoring the technical and financial aspects of funded projects.
Experience coordinating national or international consortia.
Knowledge or experience in rural development, agri-food, the bioeconomy, sustainability, biodiversity, land management, innovation, and knowledge transfer.
Experience collaborating with public administrations, universities, technology centers, companies, and other stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.
