Description
Forvia is seeking an Innovation Project Manager for automobile interiors to autonomously manage and coordinate new and further development projects for materials, products, and processes. The role involves defining and delivering project targets within time and budget, leading cross-functional innovation work across functions such as testing, design, purchasing, marketing, and quality, and governing reviews, milestones, documentation, knowledge management, patent protection, and transfer into serial development. The position requires a Master’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years of pre-development experience in an industrial automotive environment, at least 5 years of mechatronic product development experience for interiors or seating, and strong CAD skills with CATIA/NX.
