Description
Trystar is hiring an Innovation Sourcing Manager to work within Research, Development and Engineering, sourcing partners, parts, processes, and technologies from concept and prototype through production readiness. The role partners with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Product Management, and Enterprise Sourcing to identify suppliers, manage RFQs and negotiations, qualify sources, assess costs and lead times, mitigate supply risk, and support production readiness. The preferred base is an established Trystar site in Minnesota, Texas, or another United States location, with an exceptional U.S.-based candidate able to work remotely while traveling approximately 20% annually.
