Serasa Experian is hiring an Innovation Specialist in São Paulo, Brazil, to manage and execute two open innovation programs, connect internal teams, startups, partners, and external stakeholders, and strengthen the company’s innovation culture. The role covers startup scouting and selection, pilot and proof-of-concept coordination, program governance, stakeholder management, innovation methodology facilitation, and innovation strategy support. Candidates need higher education, experience in corporate or open innovation, multidisciplinary project management, startup ecosystem experience, innovation methodology knowledge, executive communication skills, and advanced English; postgraduate education, project or agile certifications, innovation culture experience, innovation metrics knowledge, and large-scale corporate experience are preferred.
