Description
The inpatient case manager will independently manage neurosurgery patients during their hospital stay, coordinate medical and social measures, serve as the contact for patients and relatives, collaborate with all care providers, and implement discharge management under §39 SGB V. The role requires nursing or nursing-specialist training, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of economics and the G-DRG system, and the ability to work in a team. It is based in Göttingen, Lower Saxony, with Monday-to-Friday scheduled hours and occasional weekend or public-holiday work.
