Mayo Clinic is hiring a full-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to ambulatory and hospitalized patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role includes nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, education, counseling, monitoring, guideline development, curriculum and education materials, intern precepting, staff mentoring, provider consultation, program development, best-practice research, and public speaking. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in clinical dietetics, nutrition, or a related field, ACEND-accredited internship or approved training, and an RDN credential obtained within three months of hire; clinical nutrition experience and specialty certifications are preferred. The position pays $63,523 to $95,409 per year and follows a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends and holidays.
