e4health is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Inpatient Coder for a remote home-office role. The position abstracts and enters inpatient clinical data, assigns ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes, POA indicators, discharge dispositions, and queries physicians or clinical documentation staff as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CCS credential, have at least three years of inpatient coding experience in large academic or trauma-1 settings, three years of United States coding experience, and proficiency with ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS; Epic and Solventum experience is preferred.
