Description
Huron is hiring a remote Inpatient Coding Auditor to audit inpatient coders and offshore auditors, verify coding and DRG accuracy, conduct calibration and quality audits, review clinical documentation and health records, identify reimbursement and compliance issues, provide feedback and reports, and support client and payer communications. The role requires inpatient coding audit and hospital coding experience, strong knowledge of ICD-CM, ICD-PCS, MS-DRG, APR DRG, POA, SOI, ROM, clinical documentation and query standards, encoder and revenue cycle systems, and a current CCS, CIC, or CDIP certification.
