TRU Community Care is hiring an Inpatient Unit Resource Nurse for its hospice inpatient unit at CommonSpirit Longmont United Hospital in Longmont, Colorado. The role provides compassionate nursing care to patients and families, develops individualized care plans, coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, monitors patient progress, provides education, and documents care. The schedule is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with pay of $42.34 to $50.81 per hour. Prior hospice experience is preferred, while at least two years of nursing experience and a current Colorado RN license are required.
