TD SYNNEX is hiring an Inside Account Associate to support Microsoft business development by preparing quotes and purchase orders, handling customer inquiries, identifying new opportunities, tracking assigned accounts, managing renewals, coordinating with internal teams and Microsoft representatives, gathering competitive information, and providing coverage to other commercial teams. The role requires a technical or engineering, administration, or related degree; sales and customer-service knowledge; call-center or retail experience in the information technology industry; and at least one year of total experience. It is a professional hybrid office role with nonstandard hours.
