Inside/Outside Plant Manager at ValidaTek

ValidaTek is hiring an Inside/Outside Plant Manager to oversee the development, installation, maintenance, and repair of inside and outside plant cabling systems supporting a large Department of Defense IT infrastructure program. The role analyzes requirements, leads implementation, applies telecommunications best practices, troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, and provides leadership to the technical team. Candidates must have at least seven years of experience in inside/outside plant telecommunications infrastructure, including three years managing such infrastructure in a cleared government environment, along with IP and optical network knowledge, OSHA confined-space training, RCDD certification, an active TS/SCI clearance, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
