Description
The role supports management by coordinating administrative functions, handling customer follow-up and information accuracy, answering phones, dispatching jobs, entering data, processing paperwork and invoices, scheduling work, billing customers, making collection calls, coordinating with insurance adjusters and mortgage companies, and preparing production paperwork. It also schedules service vehicles and technicians and maintains communication with technicians, service providers, estimators, and project managers. The position requires at least three years of office and customer-service experience, basic bookkeeping knowledge, strong mathematical skills, and intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, and pays $20.00–$23.00 per hour.
