CPI Security is hiring a Sales Advisor for its Inside Sales team at the company's corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role sells residential, commercial, and new-construction security and home automation products through inbound and outbound calls, consults with customers to identify needs, prepares accurate sales documentation, manages opportunities in Salesforce and other CRM systems, and provides customer care while meeting sales quotas. The position offers $60,000–$90,000 annual compensation through base hourly pay, tiered commission, performance incentives, training, and quarterly bonuses, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, disability and life insurance, holidays, and paid time off.
