Randstad is hiring a Commercial Telephone Advisor to support customers moving by advising them over the phone on switching energy, telecom, and other utility services. The role focuses on contacting warm leads, conducting needs analysis, providing tailored advice, recording conversations in a CRM system, handing files to the administrative inside sales team, following up on ongoing accounts, and participating in team meetings and coaching. It is a full-time position in the Lichtervelde / Kortrijk region, with possible work-from-home arrangements after training and a permanent-contract opportunity after a positive evaluation.
