Baird & Warner is hiring an Inside Sales Agent for its New Client Care Team in a hybrid Schaumburg, Illinois office. The role manages inbound and outbound buyer, seller, and renter leads; qualifies and nurtures prospects using CRM and communication tools; provides property and integrated mortgage/title service information; sets appointments for field agents; generates referrals; and conducts personalized video outreach. The position requires an active Illinois Real Estate Broker License, strong communication and sales abilities, G Suite proficiency, flexibility for some evenings and weekends, and comfort in a performance-driven environment. Compensation is a $45,000 annual salary plus performance incentives and bonuses, with PTO, VTO, 401(k), medical, dental, and vision benefits.
