Elessent Clean Technologies is hiring an Inside Sales & Product Support Engineer in Mumbai, India, to provide technical-commercial support for Cleaner Refining M&R aftermarket offerings. The role supports regional sales teams by determining product scope, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating supplier RFQs, reviewing purchase orders, maintaining Epicor/CRM data and proposal materials, and ensuring effective quote-to-order handoff. Candidates need a mechanical engineering degree, 3–5 years of relevant technical sales or equipment experience, familiarity with mechanical equipment documentation and commercial processes, strong Microsoft Office skills, and effective communication and coordination abilities.
