Description
The role involves selecting and documenting technical products for customer processing conditions, using software and published flow curves, torques, IEC valve equations, and bulletins to size products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer applications, preparing timely quotes with product selection, lead time, and pricing, supporting JHC product manufacturers, attending required training, participating in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation, and maintaining JHC TCC standards. The position requires regular attendance, teamwork, multitasking, and the ability to handle interruptions under urgent and demanding conditions.
