ADI Global Distribution is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to grow assigned customer accounts, increase revenue and margins, acquire new customers, convert competitive purchases, conduct outbound calls, maintain customer relationships and CRM records, educate customers on security and low-voltage products, and provide exceptional sales and customer service across in-store, phone, and online channels. The role requires at least one year of sales experience, strong communication, basic Microsoft Office literacy, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
